A crustless cheesecake that is baked at high temperature in order to get that beautiful burnt exterior and super creamy interior.

The bitterness of the burnt exterior mixed with the wet and creamy interior help to balance each other out. 

Sizing

  • SLICE
  • MEDIUM 6”  : Feeds 6 - 8 kekpeople
  • LARGE 9” : Feeds 12 - 15 kekpeople

Cake Storing

Best to be served at both room temperature and chilled. Store the leftover in an airtight container.

Suggestion : Finish the cake immediately or between 24 to 48 hours after pick up/delivery.

Storage duration

Room temperature : 3 - 5 days

Refrigerator : 2 weeks

Freezer : up to 1 month and half
