Are your products are freshly made?

Yes! We make all our bakes to order.

What are your cake ingredients?

Flour, Sugar, Eggs, Milk, Butter, Salt, Baking Powder, Icing Sugar and food colouring (for buttercream, cream cheese frosting)

I have food allergies. Do you make anything wheat/ dairy/ nut free?

We use the finest dairy, flour and nut products. We recommend not to consume any of our products if you have these food allergies.

Do you have any gluten & sugar-free cakes/cookies? 

Sorry, not at the moment. All of our cakes contain flour, eggs, milk and butter and we are unable to substitute these ingredients in our recipes.

Can you make my cake less sweet?

Our cakes are seniors-approved, hence our cakes are not too sweet.

Can you write a personalised message on my cake?

Unfortunately, no.

ORDERS

How do I place my order?

You can place your order via our website https://www.kekpeople.com . You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted.

How far in advance should I book my cake? 

All our cakes are made to pre-order THREE (3) days prior the pick-up and/or delivery date to avoid disappointment. 

What’s the best way to take care of my cake once I collect it from your base?

Keep the cake box on the floor of your car and make sure the air conditioning is on. Avoid placing your cake box on the back seat or car boot, do ensure your box is secure and avoid direct sunlight. We will not take responsibility for any damage incurred during transportation.

We will not be responsible for damage that may occur to an order after pickup or delivery. If an order is not picked up, KekPeople is unable to provide a refund for the order. KekPeople will not be held responsible once cakes are delivered to venues.

DELIVERY

Do you do deliveries to homes and venues?

KekPeople does not provide delivery services. All deliveries will be handled via a third party company, Lalamove within Klang Valley for a fee that varies upon location. We recommend deliveries to be arranged straight to the address of the celebration venue to ensure the quality of your cake as KekPeople will not take responsibility for any damage incurred during transportation.

Or you may arrange delivery yourself via GrabExpress , Bungkusit or you may self-collect your order/s.

Will my cake be fine in the fridge overnight if I collect it the day before my event?

Yes! All of our cakes can be eaten 24 to 48 hours after pick up. Keep it refrigerated at 3°C -5°C. Avoid direct sunlight, heaters or flames. Bring the cake to room temperature only 15 minutes before serving.

ORDER CANCELLATION

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

We require 48 hours notice to cancel an order. All cancellations must be submitted to kekpeople@gmail.com

What's your cancellation policy?

We offer a refund should you cancel your order within TWO (2) days of its collection date. Please note that there is a 10% order processing fee that is not refundable.

EVERYTHING ELSE

Do you have wholesale prices? 

Yes we do, email us at kekpeople@gmail.com if you plan on getting supplies regularly for your café/ restaurant.
