Cake Storing

• Best to be served at both room temperature and slightly chill.
• Keep the cake out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate it until it has to be displayed.
• For events that will take place outdoors, refrigerate or keep the cake in the air-conditioned area until a few minutes (or an hour) before serving.  
• Store the leftover in an airtight container. They are best enjoyed within 4 days.
